request form, remembering to allow 14 days between your
preferred choices.
3. Complete your reservation request form fully and mail to the
address specified along with a processing fee of £20.00 by completing the credit card authorization or by sending a cheque by post.
4. You will be contacted within 14 days of CBTT receiving your reservation to confirm your booking.
